Why we are open to partners
Consigliere is a venture studio that backs early-stage companies in construction and related industries. We provide seed capital, operations, technology, legal structure, and access to an established client network across Saudi Arabia.
But we also know that no single entity has everything. Some of the most valuable support a young company can receive comes from strategic partners who bring expertise, clients, distribution, or operational capabilities that accelerate growth far beyond what capital alone can achieve.

Co-invest in a Company
Join us in backing a specific company within our portfolio. You invest alongside Consigliere, sharing the risk and the upside in a business you believe in.
Value-Add Partnership
Contribute your expertise, network, or resources to help one of our companies grow. This could be advisory, mentorship, market access, or operational support without a financial commitment.
Strategic Complement
If you run a business that would directly benefit from one of our portfolio companies, or vice versa, we can structure a partnership where both sides grow. Think supply chain alignment, joint ventures, or shared client channels.
Sector-Focused Backing
If you have a particular interest in a sub-sector like building materials, machinery, contracting, or construction technology, we can work together to identify and build companies in that space specifically.
